Wow. I've got to say I just love adverts. Who doesn't????? I know lots of sad and lonely people switch channels in the breaks but sometimes I do the complete opposite! I switch from a programme onto the adverts. My favourites at the moment have to be:
J20- they've pulled it out the bag haven't they..I mean who had even thought of J20 as a strong advert contender but no no no they are.....Those tongue twisters are truly fabulous.
Birdseye with the silly, silly polar bearr... omg I love him *dippers dippers* he makes me cry with laughter. He just does it for me.
Old spice! That man is hilarious. the advert is true genius...! so much love for it I found the exact script for you...(Aren't I just the nicest person)
“Hello, ladies, look at your man, now back to me, now back at your man, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped using ladies scented body wash and switched to Old Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re on a boat with the man your man could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an oyster with two tickets to that thing you love. Look again, the tickets are now diamonds. Anything is possible when your man smells like Old Spice and not a lady. I’m on a horse.” XD
And finally the true outright winner at the moment has to HAS TO go to the two Australian men from Foster's!!!!!!!! They are downright revolutionary. You only need to mutter the words "budgie smugglers" to someone and they know exactly what you mean!
So to end all I can say is GOOD CALL.

Wine Tasting.
Wednesday 29th June 2011.
On monday night I got no sleep at all; I was at a campout but technically it was a sleepover in a tent in a friend's garden. It was horrifically wonderful as no sleep = random hysteria and crazy memories. Everyone laughed at anything and generally we all had a F.A.B time. So today I had some more sleep than usual because I'm slowly recovering from the one night insomnia; although my mum has always said you only need one night's good sleep to be back on form- I'm not so convinced. I woke up (as you do) and watched a bit of E4 to pass the time. Then I realised that on Monday night I had (purposefully) missed a call from work. I'm a waitress at a local pub and have been for around 5months. This call had fortunately led to a voicemail and after listening to it a couple of times I discovered that I had some staff training today but not only was it staff training...It was WINE TASTING. YAY. So I went in for two hours of "staff training". I actually learnt quite a bit. I was opened to a whole new richer/older/more mature alcoholic world. My knowledge grew from just thinking that wine tasted like wine/grapes and was only really nice if it is mulled wine or for holy communion (and even for Church I struggled to not think about anything but how much it reminded me of dirt and dust, probably just the Churches I went to) to actually thinking about whether a wine tasted of citrus, orchard or tropical fruits. There was about 7 of us learning from this man about New and Old world wines and the different regions of Italy, Spain, France etc. We all tried and tasted 8 seperate wines: 3white, 2rosé and 3red. I found out that may favourite wine is the Riesling: slightly sweet, half dry, medium bodied and great on a summery day to complement asian food.
